The Death Penalty can be Dead Wrong!

Personally I do believe some do deeds that are so evil that they need to be sent to their Creator at an early opportunity. But only if there is not even one shadow of a doubt. And even then, I believe that they should be given some time to come to terms with their deed and seek forgiveness from a Higher Power.

There is no question some have been executed who have been later exonerated. This is one such case. It is a powerful example of how human beings should not only not be executed while there is even a shadow of doubt. They also should not be imprisoned for great lengths without overwhelming evidence of wrong doing.
