Saw a guy in another thread who is considering opening a buxiban of his own. He has experience in the industry, a good location, seems to be very professional and smart, and also said the following:
Do you think he’s right? Or do you think the foreigners should be kept chained up in the classroom away from the decision-making.

A foreigner with know-how is definitely possible. Some foreigners have it in spades. Inspiration? Um, ok. Charisma means you have a non-Asian face that will attract customers.
