Did anyone else see the Gimp on stilts terrorizing the shoppers around Ximen on Saturday around 5-6pm?

Huge outfit, with horns in black with studs everywhere, running around humping people’s heads or whipping people’s asses with a paddle or whip.
With the stilts on he could out-run anyone, so the crowd was shreaking everytime he turned their way.
Look to be a white guy too (by the color of his nipple
