The London Stabby Thread

I can’t say I know how to fix it.

I believe places like Greece, Spain, Italy also have law and order problems. But violent crime is overall not as serious in terms of knifes and stabbing, petty crime is more of an issue.

A good question is why did UK drill music blow up in the last few years of so glamorizing that lifestyle and violence when the rap I hear in Italy aren’t really like that. It’s much softer, kind of too soft for my taste. Why did it popularize that so much recently when other places don’t rap like that.

The US went through it’s own gansta rap, but even now it’s really gone much softer. More enlighten rappers now do talk about gang life but it’s almost done in a self reflective way now. While I see UK rap go more and more violent.

There’s a lot going on I suppose.

There is one in Wokingham, where they found the new arrivals were throwing their rubbish out of the windows. If you’re a Brit and that doesn’t wind you up, you don’t care enough.

Hard disagree. Any video you watch of local stuff is the same jellied eel and italian run fry up restaurant over and over. The only local stuff that remains probably. And its like 20 pound for 1 xiao long bao in london din tai fung. Nuff said.

Ok it’s not cheap. But lots of world class restaurants still!

I couldn’t afford to eat like that if I lived there but visiting for the weekend and leaving is perfectly fine.

I did almost bump into someone running from the police a few months ago which was pretty funny. Thought about either helping the guy or the police but was like nah, not my problem.

Fine dining?

Lots of fine dining restaurants dont make a city count as having great food imo. You can find those anywhere. Doesn’t represent anything imo. They are nice don’t get me wrong but where is the street food, the day to day stuff? The local stuff done well? It barely exists. And don’t get me started on borough market. What a rip off.

Very sad. A Rolex is not worth your life.

It’s not wise to wear nice watches that are well known and easily spotted like a Rolex in London these days.

It’s very sad that people need to be concerned about what they wear.

The massive failure in law enforcement is the issue, IMO.

Does this report say anything about watches?

Or did you see that somewhere else?

Not on the BBC. I first heard from other articles

Yes, another tragic death, a young man in prime, and his loved one witnessing the heartbreaking awful situation.

I don’t miss the UK in some ways.

Mr.Perdantic. What’s your point?

My point, Mr Thick, is his point about expensive watches isnt even in the article he posted so I was wondering where he got that from.

I had a good friend from New York City…

But he was killed by a man with a switchblade knife
For $43 my friend lost his life

Cheers, big dave from Mr Thick. Insightful comments as always xx

You can get fish n chips or a battered sausage and chips. Just visit a chippy at some dumphole council estate or a pub.

Why disparage the good name of fish and chips?

Not in London, but imagine being this guy?

The king himself is displeased, I hear.
