The narratives about Trump thread

Lol, what would be a famous hunter picture for the logo? Maybe just a laptop?

Not bad. There must be a huffing image of some kind

But so much more to choose from. A gun in a trashcan? Getting sniffed by dad in the shower? Hookers and penis?

Crack is taken care of in the name, let’s make the coin overall more HB. Almost deserves a dedicated thread!

I don’t know about that. It’s kind of funny though.

Last week I thought to myselve that old presidents are dangerouse because they are more about legacy and not the future.
I also thought nobody wants to be a Jimmy Carter either, not remembered for anything really.
Today, he made the news.
Congratulation Jimmy!

Donald Trump: My Plan to Make America Affordable Again—and Bring Back the American Dream | Opinion - Newsweek

The centerpiece of my plan for a manufacturing renaissance will be a 15 percent Made in America Corporate Tax Rate, cutting the business tax from 21 percent to 15 percent—but again, only for those who make their product in America. U.S.-based manufacturers will also be rewarded with expanded research and development tax credits to help build the sprawling, state-of-the art plants our country needs to be an industrial superpower in the modern world.

We will cut energy and electricity prices in half within 12 months—not just for businesses but for all Americans and their families, and we will quickly double our electricity capacity, which we need to do to compete with China and other countries on Artificial Intelligence. With the lowest energy prices on earth, we will attract energy-hungry industries from all over the planet and millions of blue-collar jobs.

We will also set up special zones on federal land with ultra-low taxes and regulations for American producers, to entice the relocation of entire industries from other countries. And we will seriously expedite environmental approvals so we can use the resources we have right here on American soil.

And I have pledged to remove 10 old and burdensome regulations from the books for every new regulation. In my first term as president, I was the biggest regulation cutter in history!

To help ensure our pro-manufacturing policies reach their full potential, I will also appoint a Manufacturing Ambassador, whose sole task will be to go around the world and convince major manufacturers to pack up and move their production to America.

And we will also remove millions of illegal immigrants from this country. These migrants are taking jobs from American workers and driving down their wages, especially African American and Hispanic workers. Our agenda will always prioritize American workers making good wages.

My industrial policy is only one piece of an economic vision for revitalizing this country for the hardest working Americans. It will join my 2017 tax cuts for working Americans—the largest in U.S. history, which I will make permanent—and my new proposal to ban all taxes on overtime hours, tips for service workers, and Social Security benefits for our great seniors. And we will deport millions of illegal immigrants and begin to control our own borders again, restoring wonderful jobs in America to legal American workers.

It’ll be huuuuge.

Bigger than the money that poured back into US on his first cut in corporate tax rate the first term.

It just surprises me that these guys are saying the quiet parts out loud now. Yes, the US has been going isolationist since at least the early 1990s. Now, we are willing to “take our manufacturing back” from other countries who “took” it with cheaper labor and incentives? We said that about “our oil” in the 1970s.

OK, turnabout is fair play. The truth is that the US doesn’t need much from the world at large. We have food and energy and two coasts on two oceans and massive undeveloped market in South America just waiting for our functioning (cough couch) economy to take notice.

I still won’t vote for Trump, but the way things are going in the ME and EU and with China, his plan looks fine to me. Stop the unreasonable social engineering at home and start a brain drain from the rest of the world. Mine the Moon for helium 3 and let the old world fight over sacred dirt.

Posting this recent “narrative about Trump.” The use of semi-colons is impressive.

Let´s focus on the future.
In the future there won´t be Mike Pence deciding what to do and what not to do.
It will be J.D Vance who did not win the debate. He lost it with this one question asked and that was the most important one, did Trump lose the election in 2020.
All he had to say was, “yes”!
Have your favourite pick below!
Yes!
Yes, he did!
Yes, he did lose the election!
Yes, and Mike Pence did the right thing!

But we all know what J.D Vance said instead. Let´s focus on the future.

It sounds like you think Trump will win. :1st_place_medal:

And Vance definitely won the debate.

Some people see and hear and think what they want.

Because he lied throughout the debate with a straight face and Walz kind of blushed and changed his demeanor when responding to his Tiananmen quare thingy?

One of those traits exposes the sociopaths and the other a human being.

Who are you calling a sociopath?
