(Caveat Emptor: this is just plain Taiwan bashing in another guise)

In the UK they now serve something called an ASBO. Anti Social Behaviour Order. England has an ‘ASBO family’ and famously a young boy with Asperger’s has an ASBO preventing him from staring at his neighbours tree.

So what is ASBO behaviour round here?
