This was all over the news in Italy a few days ago.
“Sorry we spend money in your country” was exactly the arrogance I’m talking about when Italians are themselves making 1200 euros a month average and depend on tourism themselves.
I can confidently say not Italy. Nothing works haha

UK is headed towards that and possibly worse.
How many countries do you think there are? 
If they’re including partially recognized states like Kosovo, Western Sahara, Abkhazia, Somaliland, Taiwan, et al, then there’s >200.
(Only reason Taiwan is on that list is because China obviously won’t ratify UN membership.)
