I didn’t know this, but film sound techs have been using a series of screams recorded in 1951 for a bunch movies ever since. Check it out.
is that what a wilhelm scream means? because (if you didnt know) that is the name of a band, an awesome one i love nonetheless, so i find that interesting.
speaking of movie screams, i was in a zombie movie and they never use the real screams, they dub over them, EXCEPT he kept my scream when i was being eaten…but what makes this a good story is that it wasnt a scream, it was a muffled laugh becasue i was actually being tickled…go figure.
