第 63 條

散播有關傳染病流行疫情之謠言或不實訊息，足生損害於公眾或他人者，科新臺幣三百萬元以下罰金。

Article 63

Persons who disseminate rumors or incorrect information concerning epidemic conditions of communicable diseases, resulting in damages to the public or others, shall be fined up to NT$ 3,000,000.
