Guess what they did to Santa after that???

Guess what they did to Santa after that???

I’m not a Starbucks fan but both of these look quite cool. A book about Starbucks locations in Taiwan, especially since they occupy some of the most beautiful historic creative spaces in Taiwan. And the coffee cups are really unique. [20231128_072552] [20231128_072105]
Since this message is old, I doubt this is still for sale, but may I ask you where you got these cards? I need to send Christmas cards to some friends in Finland, and I want to send something they can’t find over there. ![]()
The locations are cool but… if i saw that on someone’s coffee table I’d have to laugh a little bit ![]()
TBH at that time they were everywhere. This year I got some like Taipei 101 and other creative stuff -including a cat laden Christmas tree card- at the local non chain bookstore down Nanchang road.
It used to be there would be sellers at the Elite Taipei Main. Alas, it is no more.
Most importantly, ask at the post office if the cards will make it on time. Since the plague, post has been slow.
Shida. Coming from The MTC’s entrance, go down Shida Street on teh dorms side. Take the first left entrace towards the night market, right at the Kodak store. The second or third store there, what we called chucheria, or rather, a stationery store that sells everything under the sun -blankets, condoms, cooking utensils- has a bunch of christmas cards up front. Enjoy.
Please note all landmarks mentioned above are gone. Except for the dorms, I think.

I think the “chucherías” stores are still there.
Nearby, I bought a card with a kitty and a Christmas tree, but it’s really small, so I wanted to complement it with other cards.
Thank you for the advice about the post office! When I’ve sent cards/packages to Germany and Luxembourg they usually take around 3 or 4 weeks. To Chile, about 2 months
. I hope sending stuff to Finland is faster, but I’ll warn my friends just in case.
At least they take your stuff. For my corner of the world, they still have no EMS. The letters will be there when they get there.
Nooo
is it still “because of the pandemic”?
And higher costs. Their presents will also get there when I get there. Santa Claus arrives in July…
BTW: I managed to find some cute Christmas cards today at this store close to Qizhang:

Yes, Kingstone is a good choice.
