I have bought my last 2 bikes from these guys - they are pretty tough and chew vast amounts of bing-lung but they are honest and have kept their word with me for at least the 1 and half years I have known them. When they saw someone had slashed my seat (3 times for good merit) they replaced it for free - they want long term business obviously.
A box of bing-ling goes a long way.
