Those roller things

You know the roller things with a wheel and a stick coming out of it, its used to abdominal exercise… any tips on how to use that thing??

Get down on your knees and hold the handles. Keep your feet off the floor, so your only points of contact with the floor are your knees and the wheel. Roll the thing away from you till you feel your stomach muscles contract, wait a few seconds, and roll it back towards you. Its a lot more effort than it sounds if you do it right. Do this every morning for 10-20 minutes until the third morning, then do what everyone else does and put it in a closet or under the bed so it can collect dust.
PS: It absolutely does not do anything that situps don’t do, except make your knees hurt, and situps don’t cost any money.
