Hey guys
what is the cheapest place to get a refundable ticket out of Taiwan? As most of you know when you first enter the country you must also present a ticket with your date of passage out to obtain a landing visa, the school arranges your work permit/ARC etc… in the time frame, then you get the ticket refunded.
I"m just looking for info on the cheapest airline to go with, with a reasonably fast refund policy.
