Hi! I am Smokey! I just want to thank you for finding me a loving home when I was sick, starving and cowering in fear and pain. Even though I am scared of the fireworks and hiding under that drunkard jimipresley’s pillows now, I can’t thank you enough for rescuing me. You, and all who do so much for the neglected animals in Taiwan have my undying gratitude. Thank you Thank you Thank you! I send my love to all of you selfless people who give so much of your time, money and endless effort. You have brought immense joy to that bastard jimipresley’s life. And to mine.
Oh and while we’re at it, I never thanked Ms. Kage who loaded us up with eats so that the two homo sapien cubs we have at home were well fed at the airport. Thanks!!! And anybody who thinks I am hijacking this thread, Ms Kage herself has seen them in action and remarked how they were not at all different from her canine friends when biscuits are involved.
My cat, Garfield, just said he’d like to meet Ms. Kage. He was mumbling something about me shouting STFU at him the whole time. I dunno what he’s on about half the time, but the ginger fur bastard sure keeps my legs warm at night.
Oh, yeah. And although I was gifted my cat because he was rescued from the street, proceeded to give the previous kind soul’s cat a terminal illness that street cats apparently have (still lingering, not dead yet, but almost), and needed to free up room in the house for the terminally ill feline, I want to join JP in applauding the likes of Kage, B9 and Straydog.
You folks are solid. Much admiration from the likes of me.
btw, my cat (Garfield, the fat bastard, not the sick one) is still healthy. What is this alleged disease street cats have? Should he be inoculated or something? Or should I start a separate thread for that?
Ms. Kage is awesome, according to my fat and happy cat lying here who is not at all small anymore. My Taiwanese friends applaud her ability at understanding English, which she must’ve learned in her kittenhood. She is ever so happy that she can pounce around and mrrrow safely at all times of day, and no longer has to hide under cars. Thank you for giving her a chance!
