Toms website suggests a chain called “Invincible”, particularly the Taipei store at the following address:

1F, No3, Aly 35, Ln181, Sec 4, Zhongxiao E Rd  
(台北市忠孝東路四段181巷35弄3號1樓)

The store’s website advertises Toms shoes and states that they have three other shops in Taipei and Kaohsiung ([invincible.com.tw/location.php](http://www.invincible.com.tw/location.php)). Maps are available from that link.
