I don’t get it. What’s your point? Name a president who didn’t use a teleprompter, since the teleprompter was invented.

At least he doesn’t write crib sheets on his hand.

Or get wired up to receive secret answers for a debate.

I think it’s a commentary on his inability to be articulate without someone else feeding him his lines.

Nonsense. He’s very bright and highly articulate. Did you read either of his autobiographies (that he personally wrote)? I did and was impressed.

Feel free to criticize him on other grounds, if you wish, but to claim he’s not bright or not articulate is just blatantly incorrect.

Heck, the guy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Harvard Law School and served as President of the Harvard Law Review (unlike the drunken frat boy who served as POTUS before him). Obviously Obama is a smart guy.

Yah, he personally wrote them, sure. Uh-huh. I’m sure he bathes regularly too – hey, didn’t Joe Biden mention that once?

Naw, everybody knows they were written by Bill Ayers coz black people are too stupid to be able to write books.

He’s not the greatest impromptu speaker, but far ahead of Dubbya or Romney- I hear Ryan’s pretty good; we’ll have to see in the debates.

Of course, it’s a “commentary” not based in any kind of reality. It’s yet another “from-the-ass” meme created by the Limbots. And it’s especially pathetic in light of the real inarticulateness of Obama’s predecessor.

You mean this guy?

Almost as impressed as you were with Che after reading or seeing Motorcycle Diaries?

Sorry, just brings back memories of a happier, simpler time on Forumosa

Both Marxists who were born outside the US, too.

Yes, he did. He wrote “Dreams of My Father” when he had just finished law school, was deeply in debt, and had zero political ambitions. He later admitted that he wouldn’t have included such personal details if he knew he was going to run for office. His writing style is consistent across both books and numerous articles and speeches. He has given many speeches he hasn’t written, but that’s no secret. Basically, there is no reason to believe he hasn’t written all the things he’s said he’s written, unless you have Obama Derangement Syndrome and are predisposed to batshit crazy conspiracy theories.

Obama does well during debates, and as others have said during speeches to hostile, Republican groups that interrupt him constantly with questions. If you don’t agree with his policies, fine, but to suggest he’s not bright and articulate is just stupid.
