Today’s TT stage looks pretty simple, but shit happens.
Crash on a TT circuit who you gonna blame? Didn’t Froome crash once and get up and then win the stage?
Blame sponsors for not making a grippier tire of course.
How the mighty have fallen. A certain Mr Froome was the 12th starter in the ITT, being way down the GC list. And to rub salt into his road rash, he finished almost a minute down on Cav, who was all decked out in Green.
How many stages will Mr Froome last do you think?

He’s not riding for GC. He’s road captain. I think he’s just along for the yucks to be honest.
His TT effort was likely deliberate. He needs to get so low on GC they’ll let him ride off the front and take a stage.
Great effort from Cav mind. He has so much respect for the race he buried himself because he was in green.
