Hebao isn’t poached. It’s one kind of fried egg–“over-easy” I believe.
And finally the rest of the international community. Seems to me like the Israelis get way the best deal.
I’ve never actually come across shaobing youtiao, or thought of mantou as the kind of bread one might want to use for a sandwich, but I guess it’s all about the education.
