Does anybody know where I could copy Traditional Chinese Characters by stroke count (total, not by radical and then additional) from. I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
What do you mean? A list of every character in the Chinese language arranged by stroke count?

you kind of have to look through each stroke count one at a time. But this is as close to as what you are asking for.
It seems odd to want to copy a list like this. It’s enormous. The 10 stroke category on that page has 130 pages of characters.
by the way, in Excel if you short a bunch of Chinese characters, they actually get shorted by stroke count.
For example, if you type
一
二
三
四
五
select them then sort, it will come out as
一
二
三
五
四
because 四 has more stroke count than 五
so there’s probably a way to get excel to just show us Unicode stroke counts for CJK characters, but I haven’t figured out how.
Not sure if it is what you are looking for but the old Far East Chinese-English Dictionaries include lists of characters by the number of strokes.
