As the title says, I’m looking for a nice dictionary to use on my Nexus. It has to be 100% available offline, i don’t have an internet plan and can only connect via wifi 
On google play there’s heaps of programs but so far I’ve tried 3 that require a permanent internet connection.
Any suggestion?
