My building at Lotus Hill always puts up a Christmas tree on Dec. 24 or 25 and then leaves it up until the summer.

Maybe someone made it a sticky? Ask the Lotus Hill moderators. My advice is to be direct. Attempts at subtlety or humour may be met with a literal interpretation.
