Hello All,
I am a US Citizen and getting ready to apply for my APRC. I already have a FBI background report authenticated by TECRO (D.C.). I need to submit this report as I was out of Taiwan for more than 3 months at one point.
Question: Is the Translation+Notary (or some court stamp?) of this report still needed. I got mixed answers on this. Of course I can travel to NIA and ask, but I want to try to get my documents as much in order as possible before arranging the physical visit.
And if it is indeed required, please let me know service(s) that you have used for this process.
