Just try it when you go to a nightmarket … most of it looks weird but tastes great … shame that I can’t show stinky tofu pictures with the odor … 
Rooster testicles are DISGUSTING - I don’t care how you prepare them - I ended up in the hospital with food poisoning after trying them once, so that may be causing some bias here - nah, they don’t taste good, and they definitely weren’t worth getting sick over.
All the other stuff is yummy.
The frog tastes just like chicken!

Not much into testicles from any source. One exception - Rock Creek, Montana. The annual Testicle Festival is awesome. Beef balls EVERYWHERE. Tasty and with cold beer, wet tee-shirt contest, and a hell of a a good time. Maybe Taiwan could start something similar with rooster nuts. Somehow, I think it may not go over in a similar fashion. Bulls vs Bantys? I guess I’ll stick with Rock Creek. BTW, Do a search. Rock Creek has some really great pics of the festival.
