Anyone has traveled to Europe and has experiences withdrawing cash with a debit card by banks in the US? I am trying to avoid the $5 ATM fee and would appreciate any information. I have a citi debit card from the US and another citi ATM card from here. Since citi dosen’t have good coverage in Europe, I am trying to find another US bank or Taiwan Bank that would work better in Europe. Charles Schuab isn’t possible and traveler’s check is expensive last time I asked. The only option seems to be bringing cash when flying in and wire transfers after I set up an account there. Bank of America seems to have most partnerships with banks abroad but Austria isn’t one of the country on its list. 
I am going be staying in Vienna (I think) for a year or longer (I think).
