# Tried uploading profile picture, got Access Denied

No. On the contrary, we need to optimize the way we have our droplets set up. What we have been using since we made the switch in 2016 is apparently out of date. Also, the extended downtime was related to some resources that were in other areas that were set up for testing but I couldn’t find them and switch them back on
