This looks like one but the description isn’t very convincing that it’s not just duplicating the audio.
If the shops in and around guanhua don’t have one, they will have the components to make one.

I’ve been looking around there, but not seen one like it as much as I’ve tried. Going to have to print out the picture and ask around next time.
