What high court ruling? There is no high court in the USA. Maybe you should read up and learn what the judiciary in the USA is.
Also Bidens term expires 20 January 2025. He cannot extend that unless you think as dictator he will try put the country under martial law.

On July 1, 2024, the Court ruled in a 6–3 decision, that Trump had absolute immunity for acts he committed as president within his core constitutional purview, at least presumptive immunity for official acts within the outer perimeter of his official responsibility, and no immunity for unofficial acts.
