Sarah Beckstrom (20) died of her wounds on Thanksgiving.
According to some people this would be karma I suppose.
Most people don’t know what karma really is.
Looks like the guy had PTSD and isolation, suicidal thoughts, not fitting in the American environment due to struggle with English which led to inability to hold a steady job and friends.
