Apparently it’s the best show like, ever.
Any ideas how to get it on DVD/VCD in Taiwan? Amazon doesn’t deliver games or movies to taiwan for some reason.
Season 1 is available in Taiwan, you should be able to find it if you look around. No others were released anywhere.
Amazon doesn’t send games (but they do send movies), but someone else here can get them. He’s not completely shut down, just importing stuff when he really needs to and tweaking some things, if you ask him nicely he wouldn’t refuse.
Think you could recommend a store? I’ve looked everywhere for season 1, can’t find it. I would also be willing to buy used from any forumosan who has it.

They have a tendency of selling out and not bothering to make any more.
Its a head fuck of a show… Very surreal and quite inventive for its time. David Lynch sure has a unique view on things 
I only saw a few snippets when it was originally aired back in the early 90s. It confused me, scared me and annoyed me in equal measure 
Would be keen to watch it again nowadays with a different mindset. Ill take a look around here in Australia and will let you know if I can track it down.

Part of season one is on youtube now (!) but the quality is pretty poor.

I can get the Region 2 PAL version from the UK (including the Pilot, not on the American version) for $NT2000, it still seems to be in print there.

If you have a modded PS2 all that region encoding nonsense just kind of disappears

I heard that games still have the NTSC/PAL problem. PS3’s have even less nonsense, probably to stop encouraging people to mod them.

TV? I just run the signal through my computer monitor with one of those adapters you can buy at 3C. No problems so far.
I saw a copy of the first season in Asia1 near Guting, I think.
At the end of October the “Twin Peaks: Definitive Gold Box Edition” is being released on region 1 with both seasons and lots of extras and stuff.
def worth it. it’s a spin out of a series. even better if you can play your vids backwards (you’ll find out why).

The region 3 DVD of Twin Peaks has its pilot. Region 1 DVD doesn’t have it.
But it seems the regions 1 Gold Box will include its pilot and other extra features, that will be great!
I haven’t got the second season, I maybe wait longer to buy the Gold Box instead of buying second season.
