Only my girlfriend has the Taiwanese passport, she’s Taiwanese. So in our case it’s the other way around, she needs to present her single certificate to TECO Phil. and get married in the Phillipines.

For people from some countries, there is a special procedure to get registered their marriage with ROC citizens and get a visa. It says they should get married abroad, then should register it in Taiwan.
I didn’t find an English instruction.

I am working in here as an interpreter, first time came taiwan my visa was white collar. because some problem I back to indonesia (break contract), then i return back to taiwan again with the same job position. When I applied new visa there were new regulation that the visa for interpreter clasified in to blue collar. so my visa blue collar now.
I think if the category of your job is Subparagraph 11, Paragraph 1 of Article 46 of the Employment Service Act, you can sponsor ARC of your spouse.
