TWQR is a common payment standard launched by banks and electronic payment institutions

Regarding the ESUN wallet app: I called ESUN today to ask about this. They told me that they need to forward this to the “bank commissioner” (whatever that means) and that someone will call me back. Regarding the paytax-website: They haven’t replied yet. I’ve just submitted my inquiry again…
