With that storm, I would imagine the answer is “yes unaffected.” But who knows really. These things could stall or (more rarely) turn around. I doubt you’ll have problems but do keep you eyes on that link above once in a while.

Really hope this goes away. I am busy this week.
CNA / Focus Taiwan has a report on the upcoming typhoon. It notes that ferry services to Green Island and Orchid Island have been proactively cancelled on Tuesday 7/23 and Wednesday 7/24. Don’t get caught!

Most typhoons in the past always follow the projected path until the last moment where they go ‘‘nup’’ and move up and all we get is a lot of rain and no typhoon holiday
Weren’t there a few last summer?
It’s been quite windy in Taipei today.
They’ve been cancelled. Don’t fall into the horrible proactive trap.
Wait did I fall into some trap here.

So “Gaemi” means “ant” in Korean. My older brother used to call me that growing up. Cracks me up that a typhoon is named “ant.”
Now you can finally show him what it really means.
What do you mean by now?
2 last year were some of the strongest on record…
Hopefully this one brings some much needed rainfall to the parts of the country currently baking and having massive plant death in thisdry and hot weather!
