Easy. You need to set your Windows up so you can choose to input Chinese. Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel. Choose Regional & Language Options. Click Languages. Click Install Language files for East Asian Languages.
Once that’s all done (or if it’s already ticked), click the Details button. Click Add. Choose the Chinese Input method you want to use.
