Wow Tainan seems very tourist unfriendly. Taxis are impossible to get back from the west side tourist spots back into the city. The apps are useless.
True that. Public transport sucks in Tainan.
That’s one city where is important to have hotel in good location.

I wonder why only Tainan though? Uber is now a local company in Taiwan. Wonder what is stopping them in Tainan, of all the major cities.
