You will have to go through all the paperwork/admission process as if you were going to apply for a student visa, but you can keep your employment ARC if your employer is willing to maintain it. A full-time undergraduate course is quite time-consuming and not very flexible when it comes to course schedules, so it be hard to maintain a regular working schedule, but you can try. You can always do it as an experiment and change to a student ARC if you can’t get enough working hours in.
