They donât cost NT$80 like they used to, and they arenât the dens of iniquity they used to be either. Oh, and Iâm older now too.

I think the lowest I paid was around NT$60. Of course, this was probably before you were bornâŚ

Mosquitos I can understand but wild dogs though?
Back then, the stray dogs were so diseased that they werenât aggressive at all. But letâs just say having a dog with a serious skin disease sidle up at the wrong moment wasnât exactly an aphrodisiac.

Iâve thought the biggest risk were the CCTV cameras and maybe some passerby. Youâve experienced definitely more of Taiwan than Iâve did.
