Does anyone know of a free website system like geocities or tripod etc that allow upload of streaming videos of personal stories, such as CD-ROM uploads, just like photos, but for videos and DVDs?

maybe not so clear. I want to know if like Yahoo etc, where we can place photos on the Net, is there a place where we can place CD-ROM video pics of our friends in motion, ie, video pics?
