# Uploading an avatar

Can anyone explain to me how to upload a picture as my avatar? I have a jpeg that’s only 5.99 KB, less than 150X150 pixels, saved on my flash stick. I type in the file address when the “Profile” page asks for URL, but nothing happens.

I think your flash stick is not a url. It has to be on a website somewhere.
