Hi, I have noticed that many people look for a good hair Salon in Taipei that’s not too pricey and does a good colour work. I found one yesterday. I totally recommend! They can speak some English and they really are very patient and passionate about their work. They will do their utmost to please their customers😀.
The environment is very good, clean and they do the best hair wash I have ever experienced while in Taiwan. No pulling of hair nor harsh massage. If anyone is still looking to do blond highlights or others, here’s a link.
