USA Deportations 2025

If my job involved arresting and deporting cartel members I’d wear a mask too to protect myself and my family from retaliation:

ICE Phoenix removes Mexican Noroeste Cartel member | ICE.

Following up to your point:

We need to abolish this psychopathic agency as soon as possible. Enough of this whiny fascist bullshit, let real police do the job.

:roll_eyes::roll_eyes:

Replace federal law enforcement with what equivalent? State police? Municipal LE? Sherriffs? Constables? Marshals (no, wait, that’s a Fed agency too…), and almost forgot, but it has already been ruled that states cannot independently enforce federal laws or draft laws that are under the federal jurisdiction to regulate and enforce.

Hello?

In Oregon, state and local law enforcement, like police, are prohibited from directly or indirectly participating in immigration enforcement without a judicial warrant. This includes not asking about a person’s immigration status or reporting individuals to immigration authorities based on immigration status alone. Oregon’s “Sanctuary Promise” law limits the extent to which state and local agencies can cooperate with federal immigration enforcement.

Oregon’s status as a Sanctuary State means that it is against Oregon law for state and local law enforcement or public agencies in the state of Oregon to participate directly or indirectly in immigration enforcement without a judicial warrant. Oregon’s Sanctuary Laws say:

  • You do not have to share, and you should not be asked about your country of birth, immigration, or citizenship status by state or local law enforcement or government agencies. There are exceptions.
  • You may not be investigated or interrogated by state or local law enforcement for immigration enforcement purposes.
  • Your country of birth, immigration or citizenship status information should not be stored or shared by state or local government agencies or law enforcement.
  • Your information should not be shared by state or local law enforcement to assist in detaining you or any individual for immigration purposes.
  • All requests from federal agencies to state or local government agencies or law enforcement about immigration enforcement should be documented, reported and denied by the local agency receiving the request.
  • You cannot be arrested from a court facility, or while you are traveling to or from court, with any immigration warrant except a judicial warrant or order signed by a judge.
  • State or local law enforcement or public agencies must refuse and reject collaboration with federal authorities for immigration enforcement purposes, including setting up traffic stops or traffic perimeters to enforce federal immigration laws/orders.
  • You can access certain government services without being asked about your immigration status.
  • You can take legal action against violators of Oregon’s sanctuary laws.

Jesus don’t you know what “real” and “police” mean? Hint they can be federal and don’t have to be a corrupted, wannabe fascist goon squad.

Just using hyperbole to make a point.
I don’t like the optics, it’s death squad-ish.

If Trump would just stop arresting and deporting law-abiding illegal immigrants wherever they are his deportation numbers at the border around election time would go way up just like Obama’s and Biden’s.

The number of people crossing the southern border illegally has dropped to levels not seen in decades, a sign that President Trump’s message of deterrence and his hard-line immigration policies are working to keep people out.

Border Patrol agents made just over 6,000 arrests in June, figures released this week by the Department of Homeland Security show, punctuating a steep drop since Mr. Trump took office.

Follow-up to the emergency stay that Judge Murphy entered and U.S. government filed for clarification.

Motion for U.S. Government granted and clarified that the motion to stay encompassed all current and active acts proceeding in court and restrains lower courts from overstepping their jurisdictional authority. SCOTUS voted 7-2 in this decision.

So the aircraft carrying 8 IA’s to Sudan that was rerouted to Djibouti to comply with previous court orders while the adjudication process proceeded may now complete the deportation process unmolested.

Abolish ICE? Sure, let’s hand the job to the CIA, fire up MK-Ultra, and start dosing illegal immigrants with LSD, barbiturates, and amphetamines until they’re waving pride flags and voting Democrat by instinct.

Honestly, that’s probably what happened to Biden… guy can barely finish a sentence, but somehow parrots the party line like it was hardwired into him. MK-Ultra might’ve worked a little too well.

Maybe this is why the Democrats are trying to make ICE so hated? Could also be the reason behind why so many in democrat cities are using drugs.

Portland residents get pissed on by pro illegal immigrant fetishists:

“ PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Residents living near the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in South Portland are raising concerns about protesters allegedly using long-range acoustic devices throughout the day and into the late hours of the night.

Residents tell KATU News that demonstrators have been playing sounds over loudspeakers to emit highly intense sound. They say the sound is damaging their ears and their pets’ ears.”

More suckers getting what they deserve. Bwahahaha

ICE arrested Cynthia Ivanna Olivera, an illegal alien from Canada, who was previously deported and chose to ignore our law and again illegally entered the country. A judge issued her a final order of removal in 1999, and she was deported to Canada. That same year, she reentered the country illegally AGAIN. Reentering the county after being deported is a FELONY.

It doesn’t matter who you vote for @TT. Do you think any country should tolerate that? Would Canada tolerate it? No.

I’m not disagreeing with the decision, I’m laughing that she and her moron husband got exactly what they voted for and then walked right into the green card interview like everything was right as rain.

What part of what I wrote is confusing for you? I said they got exactly what they deserve.

That’s for sure. If they wanted to flagrantly violate US immigration laws for years without any consequences they should have voted Democrat.

What I support is for the 35 nations of the Western Hemisphere to create a uniform migrant documentation system that would allow any citizen of those 35 countries to apply for vetting. Applicants who document that they have no criminal history, have the education and skills necessary to support themselves and their family, and are in good health would be allowed to live and work at will in any one of those 35 countries. Any migrant who subsequently commits a felony would be permanently barred from this free residency system and sent back to their home country.

Seems Mexican citizens are growing tired of being priced out of their locales in Mexico City. Anti-gentrification and tourism protests appear mainly directed towards Americans and Trump as the most visible offending party.
