Since the question came up recently I thought I’d share this news:
In addition to its ATMs offering services in six languages, CTBC Bank, which is one of the largest privately-owned banks in Taiwan, also said that about 200 of its ATMS across the country have since late last year allowed users to make withdrawals in three different foreign currencies – U.S. dollars, Japanese yen and Chinese yuan (reminbi).
