Hello everyone,
Currently living in Keelung, often going to Taipei. I’ve been looking for second-hand stores since this is usually how I prefer to get stuff.
But I cannot for the life of me find a second-hair electronic goods store, some sort of Goodwill or Emmaüs : somewhere people just bring their electronics they don’t use anymore.
I have pretty bad Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, and I’m looking for a trackball (not the thumb operated ones) that I could use with both hands. Something like a Kensington SlimBlade, a Logitech Marble Trackball, whatever can be placed on either side of my computer.
If you either hear about someone getting rid of old electronics, or have some place to recommend, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you !
Right, I have scoured these websites but no luck. This is why I’m asking about physical places and not websites. Thank you for your recommandation though !
Edit : I realise I sounded harsh in my original message, my apologies @tempogain
I don’t mean to question you, but since I was also considering these same options (I was also considering buying the one listed on the Forumosfieds last year, but I am in the South and never had any reason to head North), I want to share that I’ve found quite a few options – including used – on Shopee.
If you find out the other poster already sold their SlingBlade, there is another recent listing for a used one on Shopee, here: https://tw.shp.ee/82WAXSp
Also, if you’re on mobile, you also can scroll down to the bottom of the listing and see many related listings for Kensingtons, Elecoms, etc.
I’m sorry I’m not familiar with the physical shops in the North, so I can’t address the main question, and I’m sorry if you’ve already checked Shopee and disqualified it for some reason, but I just wanted to share that I’ve found very good deals there in the past.
