Anyone know of a store to purchase a used refrigerator that would possibly deliver and install as well?? We live in Tiapei, Da-an district.

Not a store, but I saw a couple for sale on www.parentpages.net.
You can try the area just off of He-Ping W. Rd in the Zhong Zheng district. In around Gu-Lin, Xia-Men, and Chong-Qing streets. There are many small stores selling used furniture and appliances, likes fridges and washing machines, etc. I bought a used fridge from one of the street level shops on Chong-Qing St. some years ago. It was cheap and worked great for many years. They will deliver too, extra charge of course. It’s more if stairs are involved.

On Xia-Men street, pretty much right on Ting zhou road are a couple of used freezer stores.
The only problem is that if the freezer is leaking gas, it’ll stop working after some time. You won’t get much warranty from these stores.
I find them overpriced also.
My suggestion; buy a new one for about 10 000NT$ and when you are leaving Taiwan sell it for half the money.
This will be about the same for you except you have the pleasure of using a new refrigerator and don’t have to trow away loads of spoiled food.
You can fill shoppings for about 5 000 NT$ at once into the medium sized refrigerator. If you use an old one, chances are that it will have cooling problems, either, freezing the food or not cooling it properly.
Make sure they’ll give you warranty.
