Useful Taiwanese phrases?

How do you say “slant eyes” in Taiwanese? I mean if “big nose” is ok than “slant eyes” is fair game… I’m not for political correctness, just like to point out double standards. No really, anyone know?

I usually go with “moh-peeh-a” flat nose

I would suggest you go with “wa xi xi a tok a. Wa xi xing ging bei”
Much more powerful until you get the actual meaning of the word. Until then apply your western ideology to Taiwanese as much as you like.
