User logged in and deleting old files

One of the computers that I use has recently been modified to have a user loggin and an administrator login.

Problem is, all the files that were stored on the computer before the change over cannot be deleted.

My folder is messy and I want to tidy it, but, I can’t move any files or delete those that I no longer want.

What I can do, is open another folder and copy everything into that and delete everything that I don’t want after the transfer. But, this all takes valuable computer space.

This is not my computer, but I don’t want some stuff on it.

Any way to remove stuff?

I don’t think it is good to store files in the public computer. Maybe you could consider about mobile HD(USB interface), or store in the webspace(just like yahoo account served).
