If Europe is more expensive than Taiwan for electronics it must be quite expensive indeed.
I remembered a Huawei 3G wifi dongle (turns 3G into Wifi so you can use 3G on something like ipod touch) costing about 100 euros in Germany. I think the same device must have cost around 2500nt in Taiwan.
That sort of price differential is curious to me, as wouldn’t eCommerce close the price gap? Up to the difference of postage/VAT that is.
