Anyone ever add a bank account to paypal? I do not know what the hell is a “wire transfer bank number” or something its a 4 digit number and I dont know how to find that out. I looked all over chinatrust’s website and all they had was something called “swift code” or something. anyone know where I can find that information?
Just call your bank and ask them for the number.

if the swift code isn’t what you’re after ( and it could well be “bank transfer code” is pretty much what a swift code is after all) then perhaps it’s Paypal’s system to authenticate your status… they put through a US$1 amount of your credit card and on your statement along with the entry for the $1 transaction they will include a 4 digit code, you then need to enter that code into the paypal system to authenticate that it is indeed you who is receiveing the credit card bills… the US$1 transaction is refunded and you are then authorized to process higher limit paypal transactions… If that’s the case your bank will have no idea what the number is…
