Uzbekistan

If the Uzbek killings have shown one thing, it is that Chinese government attitudes have not changed since Tiananmen, which surely means there can be no European case for lifting the arms embargo. The conditions which prompted the embargo remain the same, so the embargo cannot logically be lifted. Still Chirac is still their, so who cares about logic.
