VCD "Moon Child" - Can't seem to find it

I can’t seem to find anything in Taiwan and I’m leaving Taipei in 2 weeks AHHHH! Frantic scramble to get stuff together. I’m looking for a VCD or DVD of the movie “Moon Child” I can’t seem to find it in any of the stores… (at Shilin VCD stores anyway) Has Anyone ever seen it?
