Vee Internet Taichung

I am a customer of Vee Internet in Taichung (they have a monopoly in my building). Yesterday when I got home the connection was down and hasn’t come back up. I need to call them to find out what is going on. So i need help with a) language and b) infromation.

(b) first - anyone know the number I have to call to get service?
(a) - how do I say “my connection is down” or ask if there is a problem. Example sentences would be much appreciated.

If they have a monopoly, then I recommend just going to the security area of your building and asking them, since it might be a common problem across the building. If it’s only you who is having the problem, then you may need to call the company themselves. Here’s their info:

VeeTIME Corp.
15.Sec.4, Wen Sin Rd., Taichung, Taiwan, R.O.C. TEL:886-4-2311-2178
e-mail:service@vee.com.tw

I recommend getting a local to call, since you probably have to go through a prerecorded service that would direct you to the right department first. Here are some sentences you can use:

Wǒde wǎnglù yǒu wèntí. (There is a problem with my internet)
Wǒ méiyǒu wǎnglù. (I don’t have internet)
Kěyǐ bāng wǒ dǎ diànhuà gěi tāmen ma? (Can you call them for me?)
